Facebook Competition
- Entrants must be resident in UK and aged 18 or over at time of entry.
- The draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of Shepherd Neame, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
- No purchase necessary.
- There is one prize per week from 13/12/2010.
- No alternative cash prizes.
- Closing date for entries is 11.59pm Sunday received by Shepherd Neame or the Promoter each week
- First prize winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the create your own ad login page.

- Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and the Promoter shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries.
- Draw will take place by Wednesday 6pm the following week and the winner will be notified at this time.
- Winners must claim prizes within 24 hours of notification. How to claim details will be provided with winner's notification.
- In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, a second winner will be selected from the previous entries.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
